By creating an account you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
The service
KeepThePeeps is a personal relationship manager. It is provided as is, and we work hard to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Keep your own export if the data matters to you.
Your account
You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old. One person per account.
Acceptable use
- Use KeepThePeeps for your own personal or professional contacts.
- Do not use it to harass or stalk anyone, to send spam, to scrape other services, or to break the law.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data, overload the service, or bypass plan limits.
Plans and billing
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the seller of record and handles sales tax. You can cancel from Settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. If you move to a lower plan we never delete your people; you may be limited in adding new people with reminders until you are within the plan's limits. The Founding Lifetime plan lasts as long as the service operates.
Your content
You own your data. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may change these terms; if a change matters we will tell you in the app first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
